Why is so much of Pulse free?
Because your network should be yours to keep, whatever you pay. Your contacts, capture, sync and history are free. The AI features cost real money to run each time you use them, so they come with membership.
Is Free really free?
Yes. Your contacts, organizations, profile capture and sync cost nothing. Every download also includes a starter AI allowance, so you can try the AI features.
What happens when the starter AI allowance runs out?
Everything that isn't AI keeps working. The AI features ask you to become a member.
What does “your founding price never goes up” mean?
The price you join at is the price you keep, and every feature added later is included. Standard, at $49.99 a month, is what new members pay once founding memberships close.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly is $99.99 for a Founding Member, $19.89 less than twelve months.
Does one membership cover all my devices?
Yes. Mac, iPhone and iPad, signed in to the same Pulse account.
How do I cancel?
Billing is through Apple, so you cancel in your Apple subscriptions: on iPhone or iPad in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions; on Mac in the App Store, under your account. Your contacts stay in Pulse on Free.
Is my data private?
Your CRM stays in your private iCloud. When you use an AI feature, your request is processed, never retained.
